REFUND POLICY

As far as our Refund and Cancellation Policy goes, we at Sydney Laggers Pty Ltd most definitely do not present any refunds, (or anything as such) for all our offered services and products.

This is very crucial prior to procuring  our services and products to make sure that you are ordering the correct quantity and nature of products best suiting your needs.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF REFUND FOR ANY DAMAGE GOODS

If delivery arrives with damaged product/products please take an immediate photo and contact or office within 1 hour to arrange swap over or refund.

Our team will not accept any kind of responsibility of the products for delivery to some uncharted site as per your request- particularly in matters of theft or in the event of any damage.

If the service is procured online; our team will set up an exchange of products/materials inside 24 hours if discovered that the damage or mistake was from our end.

  • We accept NO Returns of Material
  • We take no responsibility for damage caused to material once it leaves our warehouse.
  • Deliveries to Rural area with be quoted based on size of delivery
  • Deliveries that exceed 1 X Pallet will incur additional charges
  • We take no accountability in regards to qualities ordered if Supply Only projects are incorrect at time of order placed by client.
